Yvonne Low is a professional trainer, curriculum designer, talent developer and training manager with over 16 years of experience across various industries including retail, FMCG, education, healthcare, banking, insurance, information services and media. She has conducted training in various Asia-Pacific countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Vietnam, Australia and India.
As a facilitator and consultant, Yvonne has conducted a varied portfolio of workshops in the areas of risk management, customer service and interpersonal skills for organizations in various industries and across countries in Asia Pacific. She delivers high quality management and leadership workshops for junior to middle level managers.
Yvonne is also a career coach with a large global consultancy. She has successfully provided career transition coaching to individual clients in from various industries including retail, FMCG, electronics, banking, insurance and logistics.
Yvonne graduated with a Masters in Arts (Education & Human Resource Development) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Dean’s Distinction List) from the National University of Singapore. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Instructional Design and a Diploma in Training and Development Management from the Singapore Institute of Manager. She is a certified user of various tools including MBTI, Lominger’s VOICES and DISC. Yvonne is also certified in Business Coaching Essentials by Coach House Asia, an affiliate of Corporate Coach U as well as a Certified Trainer in Development Dimensions International (DDI) Skills for an Empowered Workforce programs.
