Joanne Lim is a certified image and etiquette consultant, trained and certified by image pioneer, Carla Mathis and the Emily Post Institute (USA). Joanne trains corporations and individuals to gain their competitive advantage using image strategies combined with public relations techniques. Joanne is an experienced certified image consultant and coupled with 15 years of international working experience in world-renowned corporations, her clients are impressed by her dedication to achieving results for her customers.

As an Opinion Leader in Colour, Style and Etiquette – Joanne has been quoted in numerous business, fashion and lifestyle publications such as The Straits Times, The Business Times, TODAY newspaper, Her World Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar, among many others.

In Consumer Lifestyle Public Relations, Joanne has worked on marketing campaigns for top international brands such as cosmetic brands: Estee Lauder, Bobbi Brown and Origins as well as restaurant chain, Morton’s of Chicago. Her international corporate experience includes working for Hewlett-Packard’s Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Singapore; and Hotel Plaza Athenée in Bangkok, Thailand.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree majoring in European Studies and Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS). She holds a Colour and Style Certification from Body Beautiful Institute (USA) and is a Certified Etiquette Graduate from The Emily Post Institute (USA) [the international pioneer in Business and Social Etiquette, based on the methodology of the world-famous doyenne of etiquette herself, Emily Post, who started the concept of etiquette in the 1800s].
