We conduct desktop analysis and interviews with identified stakeholders, facilitate focus groups and surveys to garner additional data elements to provide a baseline for understanding.
Step 3: Recommend
We provide recommendations of the facilitation design and approaches to address the strategic goals with the participating stakeholders.
Step 4: Create
Here we create the facilitation agenda, processes and supporting logistics, pre-session and post session communications.
Step 5: Facilitate
We facilitate the sessions, deliver training, implement part or parts of an operations plan or provide interim meetings for updates.
Step 6: Reflect
At the conclusion, we conduct a retrospective meeting and a summary report of the event and sustainability recommendation
