Regina Chua is a corporate sales training consultant with extensive experience in the regional marketing and business development in Asia Pacific primarily in Singapore, China and India. After a successful 15-year career with Fortune 500 corporations, she founded Discipline Dynamics, a boutique sales training consultancy.

Headquartered in Singapore and serving clients internationally since 2003, Discipline Dynamics helps companies improve their sales performance and management.

Regina offers a unique combination of corporate experience and field experience in client engagement in both the consumer and B2B markets. She has designed and conducted sales and customer service trainings all over the world for a wide range of clients including global giants like Philips Lighting, Takasago, AIG Insurance, Alliance Insurance, Samsung and SingTel.

Regina is also an inspiring public spokeswoman and grips her audience's attention through her natural dynamism, humor and an interactive workshop style. Her ability to customize to the customer's industry's context has helped companies see results immediately after her consultation or training services.

In 2003 at age 38 years, Regina Chua, embarked on a new venture that combined her 15-year Asia Pacific corporate marketing and business development experience with her ability to develop customized industry-specific sales solutions. Regional Marketing and Communications Director - Schlumberger International (Beijing)
At 29, Regina was given the responsibility to spearhead Asia Pacific market development initiatives in utility meter, smart card and terminal and semi-conductor solutions for Schlumberger International (Beijing). During her tenure there, the company saw a 25% revenue growth. Her innovative go-to-market market entry strategy achievements are as follows:

1. Built #1 preferred supplier for telcos in 7 months from launch in North Asia with several worlds' first wireless solutions for mobile gaming, gambling and banking
2. Launched People Bank Of China's first smart-bank card nationwide in China
3. Developed banking solutions for ICBC and its associate banks in Beijing
4.

Developed smart-card traffic fine system for the traffic police in Beijing

Regina Chua was appointed Regional Marketing Director for:

SAS Institute
At SAS Institute, Regina re-positioned the company from a software house into a vertical solutions provider through training and segmentation strategies in Japan and, Korea .

Verisign Inc., USA
At Verisign Inc., USA, Regina was responsible for building a strong distribution and sales network with solutions-based capabilities to sell authentication solutions beyond SSL in Japan.

Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai
Regina acted as an advisor to the Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai to help launch Asia's first scriptless trading solutions.


Philippines Stock Exchange
Regina also acted as an advisor to the Philippines Stock Exchange for their online statutory submissions solution.

Peter Yeo has more than 20 years of sales and marketing management experience across Asia for a diverse portfolio of industries spanning from finance, consumer retail, white goods, pharmaceuticals, distribution and logistics. Specializing in process management and communications, he brings his broad experience gleaned from an employment resume which includes large multinational corporations such as DHL Express, Whirlpool Asia, Leo Burnett, and Zuellig Pharmaceuticals.

He joined Discipline Dynamics in 2007 as a senior partner to address the growing demand for business consulting and strategic marketing development and has already worked on several consultancy projects both in China and Singapore. Well versed in strategic marketing planning and management, he has helped companies realize their business missions by developing business systems that facilitate the execution of our clients’ goals.

Adeline Yong Bawtree, a corporate training consultant focusing in sales training, image and impression management.

Adeline brings with her a wealth of international experience having spent most of her career as a Regional Manager of Asia for Soft Choice Optimus Solutions TSX:SO in the United States. Her ability to relate and negotiate with high-level management in Fortune 500 companies has attributed to her successful sales career and that wealth of experience launched her entrepreneurial spirit in fashion and image management.

In 2006, combining her extensive international experience in marketing and sales, she founded and took her Asian-inspired shoe label, Adele Yen, nationwide in the US and very quickly the brand was sold in major boutiques. A media savvy professional, Adeline has been featured in Style magazine, Atlanta Journal Constitution and the Hautelanta Fashion Week.

The pinnacle of success for her brand was achieved when it was a hit on America's national shopping network QVC. A fervent support of social responsibility, her luxury shoe line had contributed to raising USD50,000 towards the Breast Cancer Foundation, in an annual event held in the Waldorf Astoria. With her knowledge of the fashion industry Adeline worked with national news anchors, celebrities, ambassadors and politicians in the United States advising them on the style and dressing.

After 13 years corporate stint in the U.S.A , Adeline returned to Asia in 2009. Stationed in Shanghai, she travels extensively in the Asia Pacific region, pairing her expertise in sales, behaviour, retail and image management to train multi-national companies in their sales approach and revenue generation. 

Adeline's personal success has strongly reinforced her belief in the importance of personal branding. Living her conviction,today, she is both a certified Image Coach (AICI) and DISC Certified Personality Profiling Consultant.

With immense experience in America, Asia and China, Adeline is known for her positive energy and ability to transform her participants into confident and articulate professionals.

Janice Nua, with over 20 years in customer service, sales and marketing, has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organization.

Her work experience covers a diverse portfolio of industries spanning from trading, logistics, and manufacturing and serviced/virtual offices operational management. Holding senior management positions and specializing in international sales and business development, she has set up international operations, designed systems & operational turnkey solutions and pioneered customer service standards.

Her ability to toggle between operations and sales, as well as expand distribution channels with international corporations such as Expeditors, Servcorp and Nitti has given her a strong business acumen for business development.

A highly motivated individual, she is a dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic trainer.  She believes in working with the cultures of her clients and yet is able to challenge appropriately and sensitively.

A key member of the local and regional management team, Janice set up and ran the Indonesian branch offices in Jakarta and Surabaya from 1990-1993.
