Due
Diligence: Getting to Know your Company
Before
any training, we conduct a due diligence exercise to understand our
client's current operating business environment. Our methods include
focus group sessions with employees and/or management, sales calls with
staff, onsite mystery shopping, one-on-one interviews, on-the-job
observations, questionnaires, and surveys.
The due
diligence process enables us to confirm and identify the competency
gaps and determine how a customized training solution can address these
gaps.
It also
serves to identify other areas of interventions that may complement a
training solution.
In the
retail industry, we also offer a network of specially trained secret
shoppers where we provide the client with information on the sale
staff's customer service, selling ability, product knowledge,
compliance to company policies, and opportunities for improved
performance. We also provide feedback on the store ambience and the
in-store experience.
Following
the assessment, Discipline Dynamics will present a due diligence report
to the client, including actionable recommendations aimed at building
on strengths and solving problems.

Customized Design and Development: Industry Based,
Customer Focused
Discipline
Dynamics provides customized training programs for a variety of
employee groups including sales, customer service, line supervisors,
and management. If a client prefers to own the copyright privileges of
these programs, Discipline Dynamics will design and develop complete
course materials and handouts specifically for them.
We
partner with our clients to develop a tailored approach to improve the
skills and knowledge of the targeted audience. Additionally, we provide
updates to the training as required and ongoing certification of new
in-house trainers, whether they are professional trainers or peer
trainers, such as line managers and supervisors.
Strategically,
this approach is recommended for clients having a large group of
employees to train because a client can then duplicate the program
materials as often as necessary and use it for future training sessions.

Implementation
& Delivery: Hit the Road Running
Discipline
Dynamics can deliver in-house customized training services. We design
and develop the course and provide each participant with materials
tailored to the theme or a primary initiative that the client is
focused on.
Our programs
are designed to be highly interactive, giving participants the
opportunity to rehearse typical client situations. All case studies,
role plays, and practice exercises relate directly to the real life
situations participants face every day so they can easily transfer the
skills learnt, to their jobs once they leave the classroom.
The training
sessions can be arranged for half, one, two and three-day durations.
They can be timed in phases, modules or delivered all at once,
depending on participants' availability and client preference. We
highly recommend a paced approach where workshops are conducted one
week apart to allow time for participants to practice what they learnt
and review thereafter.

Booster Shots
To
reinforce the learning, we provide additional tools, such as
post-training sales coaching, video coaching kits and customized
reinforcement modules to help participants continue to learn once they
have left the classroom.
